Direktor.tech is an org chart of AI agents with skills. You place roles on a visual chart — CEO, CTO, CMO, Sales, Operations — and each role becomes an autonomous agent that runs on your behalf, following step-by-step skill instructions when they exist and best-effort reasoning when they don’t.

What is Direktor?

Think of Direktor as a company you can run from a single canvas. Every node on the chart is an AI agent with:

• A role that defines its responsibilities (CMO handles campaigns, Sales qualifies leads, etc.).
• A library of skills — step-by-step workbooks that the agent follows to execute real work end-to-end (launch ad campaigns, run a job search, build an outbound pipeline, shop insurance quotes, and more).
• A workspace where files, decisions, milestones, and knowledge accumulate over time.
• Channels that let your node receive and reply over WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and email.
• A chat window for direct conversation — and, since 2026, an MCP endpoint that lets you drive the same node from Claude Desktop.

How it works

1. Sign in at direktor.tech  (Google OAuth).
2. Create a workspace — this is your company. Name it.
3. Place nodes on the chart — pick a template (exec team, sales team, research lab, personal household) or drag individual roles in.
4. Send a task to a node by chatting with it, messaging it on a connected channel, or calling it from Claude Desktop. Prompts like “upload this document to x.com for me” or “download all my statements from WF” are exactly what nodes are built to handle.
5. Watch the activity timeline — every skill step, every decision, every artifact the agent produces is logged on the node’s card.

If a skill exists for what you asked, the agent follows the exact steps. If not, it uses its general reasoning to attempt the task and — when it succeeds — persists what it learned back as a new skill so the next run is faster and more reliable.
